I truly enjoy all the friends I have made. The classes are so interesting. If you find one that doesn’t suit your needs, you can try another. There is such a variety of things to do and people to meet. It is a family oriented organization to promote the health and warfare of our citizens in this city. I can’t say enough about the staff, always ready to help and encourage you.

The instructor for my group cycling class was informative, motivational, and engaging, creating a fun and encouraging atmosphere. I also appreciated that the cycling studio had excellent air circulation, a view of the outdoors, and ample space for all participants. As an added bonus, the music was at a comfortable volume, so I didn't feel the need to wear earplugs!
