I am very happy with the "Y" and the staff. I believe that many of the machines in the exercise room (tred mills/weight machines, etc.) Are showing wear and should be replaced. The timer on the hot tub is poorly to use.(It seems many user just crank it as hard as possible). Some instructions at the switch might help

I love the variety of group exercise and water aerobics classes and the multitude of class times and formats. The instructors are fantastic and help tailor classes for all skill levels. So many fun options to choose from!
My family also enjoys the open basketball and fitness equipment and I look forward to playing pickleball.
I also love the welcoming atmosphere. It is heartwarming to see the fellowship of people of all ages communing in the recently renovated lobby.
With child watch on site, there is something for everyone here and I'm thankful to have such an affordable place to improve my health and wellness. Thank you!!
The Y has what I need to live a healthy and balanced fitness life. From its gym and group classes to basketball, pickleball, and locker room amenities, I get everting I need from the Y.
I really enjoy the classes (Yoga, Barre, Women With Weights). Great instructors, friendly atmosphere.
Being open 24/7 gives flexibility to those that work.
That you can do more than just work out on machines like other places and the staff is always so helpful.
