With the remodeling , there are less exercise equipment & I miss some of the rubber band resistant exercise machines .

Awesome facility. Sally always greets me as I make my way in and instantly brightens my day. The facilities are always in good condition. Restrooms and locker rooms are clean. I enjoy every morning I work out there.

My son is absolutely loving camp this summer this was the best choice I could have made. So far camp has exceeded my expectations, I tell everyone with kids this is the spot to go.
The classes, the people, the staff and the atmosphere. It doesn't have the intense vibe of most other commercial gyms like OneLife. The staff and members remember my name or at least my face, so there's also a level of support and accountability to keep you consistent.
The equipment is well maintained and there is a wide variety of equipment.
