The variety of classes and assistance if needed on the machines to choose from: very helpful staff
Staff is friendly. Large lap pool with lifeguards on duty. Smaller pool for therapy and younger kids. Nice gym. Nice locker room. Patrons are friendly. Equipment is maintained. Trainers are friendly and helpful. It's a nice place to exercise, swim and meet people. Great location.
Group Fitness classes. Wish some classes could be offered more than once in a day to have an option in time. Of course, that requires more instructors. The facility is clean and organized. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Sliver Sneakers classes are excellent
Zumba gold is by far the most attended class with very many people, it should always be in the gym where it is possible to spread
