The Luter YMCA is very friendly. I came because of the Tai Chi and the variety of yoga classes that is offered here. The yoga teachers at this location are excellent instructors and it's obvious they love what they do and are very knowledgable about yoga. I also love this opportunity to take Tai Chi! Love it!!

My particular praise is for the group exercise classes and the instructors. Magnificent. I’ve grown stronger in the past year just from attending the nine o’clock classes each day. I had zero upper body or core strength, and I notice a huge difference. I am very grateful.

Very relaxed atmosphere. Must say that I’m still disappointed with the removal of the belted workout machines after the renovation. Nothing quite replaces them in the wellness center.
