The indoor pool and the exercise studio are very clean, the lifeguards are extremely vigilant, and the exercise class instructors provide lots of information to keep participants from injuring themselves.

I attended my first Silver Sneakers class yesterday morning. Several ladies offered to “show me the ropes” and guided me through gathering weights & bands & helped lead me through changes on the floor. I found the Circuit Class to be high-energy and challenging…precisely what I was looking for. Can’t wait to try the other SS Sessions offered as well as Brain & Balance.

Many lap lanes open. Pool excellent temp & always clean. Locker rooms very clean! People always friendly! Tons of running, walking, stepping, etc machines & always some open. Very welcoming building & personnel. Plenty of activities going on too.

My son’s instructor, Andrea, was patient, competent, calm, and fun for the kids. I watched several children come out of their shells and blossom, including my own 3 year old. Fear, nervousness, and terror melted away and were replaced by effort, smiles, and confidence.
