At the Luter YMCA, I LOVE Amanda's Strong class. It's the best workout of any classes I've attended at any YMCA. I feel that most of the classes aren't as intense, and I really like the mental challenge it provides since the moves are in rhythm with the music and change frequently. Exercising my mind while I'm exercising my body is important to me.
