The Y has everything I am interested in. Low impact exercises in the pool. Silver sneaker classes and workout equipment that you can use at your own pace.
I love the BodyPump class on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The instructor is amazing, and the people are friendly. In fact, I have found all employees to be helpful, kind, and professional. The workout room and equipment are also great!
I haven’t been in Virginia long. I moved up from North Carolina and previously went to the Rocky Mount YMCA. I do miss you not having a hot tub but very very very very happy with the rest of the facility. Very nice people super super kind and I think I’m gonna enjoy going to haven’t been yet.
Upon entering the Y I was very impressed with the environment and the cleanliness of the facility. What really got my attention was the young lady who greeted us with love in welcoming me. I am so excited to be a member of the Y.

We love the upgrades to the Victory Family Center.
However, it seems like the group activities has decreased. I would like to see more Silver Sneakers and water aerobic classes offered.

Everything is right there for my exercise needs. And the employees are so pleasant ☺️ greeting you with a smile when you enter the building, talking to you like they been knowing you forever i love that.
She was an amazing teacher helped understand everything we needed to know and was sure to inform us of everything loved our instructor
