Your techs are fantastic! They answer all my questions and explain everything simply. When I do have a problem, they are usually spot on diagnosing the problem.
I have had my chairs for about 6 years, and they truly have given me freedom I would not have otherwise. Falling has become a huge issue, and I no longer worry about the stairs.
