So happy with the service I received in getting my bike ready for tri season, highly recommend!

We used to live in Kerrisdale and know West Point cycles well. We moved out to South Surrey 8 yrs ago and haven’t had much luck in getting a good consistent fix on my son‘s mountain bike. We took advantage of the maintenance sale and the team was excellent in assessing what the issues were, fixing them and then coming in under budget! Super happy! The service was a 10 out of 10 and we know the way we ride mountain bikes if we will be back again. Thanks Bob and the west blvd team!

Helpful service.

I stopped by the Kerrisdale location to pick up an online order. The staff member was friendly and the the process for picking up my order was quick. I also asked for some help removing the old part from my frame since I didn't have the appropriate tool. It was about 45 minutes prior to closing so I was very prepared to either leave my bike or come back another time, but the mechanic was able to complete the job right away. Thanks!

West Point Cycles in Kerrisdale recently gave my 6 year old Miele hybrid bike a good tune up. They replaced the break pads and front noodle, trued the wheels, and cleaned and refurbished the rest of the bike including servicing the rear hub with new ball bearings and grease. The ride is noticeably smoother and quieter.

The guys were very friendly and helpful and treated me respectfully despite my not being a young top level cyclist with a really expensive bike wearing lycra. 😆 I received an off season discount for the tune up which was appreciated as well.

I would recommend this neighbourhood bike shop to all levels of cyclist for friendly, competent service.
