Went there to get a new bike tire for an older mountain bike. Bob did a great job and now I feel safe on country roads with this high quality tire and workmanship. West Point Cycles are always friendly and helpful and get the work done in good time. They give honest recommendations on what your bike needs whether it's a high end bike or an everyday older bike. You have a successful business because you cater to cyclists who need your services. Just from the brief encounter yesterday I was advised to buy a new rear tyre for my bike because the existing tire was worn out. And I agreed to replace it. Went for a ride today and had a great time.
