I love the vaqriety of products in the store, and if something doesn't happen to be there offers are made to check the other stores and bring it in. Staff is also willing to research a product which might not be in the store, and give suggestions.

Anytime my bike needs any servicing I have always been pleased with the quality of service and the efficiency.

Personal attention

I bought a very nice gravel ebike from WPC. From the beginning, customer service has been exceptional. These folks get it. Attentive without being pushy. Even discouraged me from buying a bike they had in stock, so that I could check out a slightly different one that they didn't have. (I went back and bought their bike) Little things, like remembering my name, instant service ("Sure - we can take care of that right now"), polite without being obsequious; things that are so unusual these days. Prices are standard - same as everyone else - and selection is very good.
I bought a nice bike, but I saw them give the same treatment to people who made minor purchases.
I will repeat this review for the other stores (I went to all three Vancouver WPCs) as they all did the same excellent job.

Recently I had a late invitation to ride a leg of the 2026 Kluane to Chilkat bike relay in the Yukon. I needed a quick tune, new tires, pedals and clip-in shoes. In spite of this request coming in a very busy season for bicycle retailers, Bob at Kerrisdale fit me in and had my bike tuned and ready to ride in two days. I've been a long-time customer of West Point Cycles (bought my Trek road bike from the location on 10th, I think, about 20 years ago), but I hadn't been in the shop for a few years after a hiatus from riding. Bob and everyone at Kerrisdale didn't know me at all yet treated me with utmost respect, offering friendly, knowledgeable and speedy service. 10/10 for this shop.

West Point Cycles in Kerrisdale have really kind knowledgeable staff that will help you with all your bike repairs. Small issues can be dealt with while you wait or you can leave your bike there for full servicing. My severely jammed chain was rectified without damaging the chain, so
no charge, which was really appreciated. I would recommend this business for any of your bicycle needs, whether an older family bike or a high end cycle. Thanks for your good service West Point!
