I was able to bring my bike in and they helped me remove my pedals and put new ones on and also give guidance how to adjust my seat. Extremely helpful. I have purchased 2 bikes and always great service.

I was over the moon impressed at the quick repair turnaround time. I came at the busiest time the week before the Whistler Grand Fondo, for an unscheduled repair, and your shop pulled off the repair in one day. I was expecting a week! (As I was told a week, 'but we will do our best").
I'm very appreciative that a few people were working so diligently. Impressive!
