I have only had good experiences with west point cycles. I am consistently greeted at the door by staff and given an opportunity to share why I came in.
The staff are able to answers my questions and if they are not able to they go and ask someone that does. I am impressed to see them reach out to the manager, their peers in the floor, or the mechanics down stairs on a regular basis.
When it comes to service; they have been great keeping me on the road despite how unreasonable a request might be!

Your staff is wonderful, everyone is so helpful and take the time to explain each answer. I had researched an eBike, so many questions go with that. I tried a couple different ones, eventually bought the step thru Verve. Such a good purchase. Now your staff at W 2nd. Have to be complimented as well I have made a couple of purchases there I will highly recommend anyone shopping for a bike to buy from West Point Cycles.
