Reliability and good service
Westpoint has consistently gone above and beyond any reasonable expectation with respect to keeping me on my road and mountain bike.
They have fixed wheels, ordered parts, and made quick repairs in the matter of hours on some occasions. If they don't have the part in stock, it is often in stock at another one of their shops and they can get it shipped in a day or two.
