Really great staff team - the customer service ethos starts at the top and is apparent at every level. Management know every long-term customer's bikes and needs, frontline staff are unfailingly polite and helpful, and the mechanics do great work. All staff go above and beyond to ensure the best experience.

Service reps give honest opinions. Say if something too dangerous to ride, something that may last awhile but should be replaced something ok and will last awhile. Never thought something was suggested just to make money. Bike always rides great after service and if something dies feel a bit off always fixed without extra charge

Dan was absolutely amazing. He took the time to answer all of my questions, walked me through all of my options and even set up my trainer for me (with a rear wheel release demo) and placed it in my car!!!
