I was over the moon impressed at the quick repair turnaround time. I came at the busiest time the week before the Whistler Grand Fondo, for an unscheduled repair, and your shop pulled off the repair in one day. I was expecting a week! (As I was told a week, 'but we will do our best").
I'm very appreciative that a few people were working so diligently. Impressive!

I took my bike in because my back tire was rubbing and we couldn't figure out what the issue was. one of your salespeople/mechanics popped it on the stand, played with a few things and had it fixed in under 5 minutes. Very efficient, very pleasant.

Generally speaking, everyone is friendly and helpful and most everyone is very knowledgeable. Those that aren't are obviously learning "the trade". I expect they will be knowledgeable in no time.

Very friendly staff, willing to make adjustments quickly without charge. Have purchased three bikes here, and all are still on the road and running well. They're busy during the summer, but take appointment bookings.
