it took another bike shop three weeks to tell me that they hadn't "had a chance to look at my biike," In a couple of hours West Point had determined the appropriate replacement part. I was notified promptly when the part arrived. I took the bike in and it was ready the next afternoon. Very professional service!

Excellent service, knowledgeable, responsive, consultative rather than pushy. Email response was sent the same day and great collaboration and atmosphere amongst the staff who are passionate cyclists themselves.
