Suggest posting business hours operation outside. I showed up for pick-up on Monday at 10:00 AM and waited until 10:30. Checked business hours when I got home to see Monday closure.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff and a nicely priced variety of products in addition to the bikes. Most recently I had a puncture to my rear tire and they were able to squeeze me in for a patch and sealant top up, and I was still able to get in my ride that morning.

I ordered a pair of Assos ladies cycling shorts that were on sale. They were not able to ship them to Ontario so I contacted the BICI store on West 10th street. They were able to set my shorts aside for my son to pick up within an hour.
