I have been doing business at West Point's 10th ave location for over a decade, have had all my road bikes serviced there, and have bought two bikes there. Things that I have always liked there:
1. Competence, helpfulness, and friendliness of the staff, even as the familiar faces have changed over the years

4. They always treat me like my business matters to them, and they want to help me.

I needed a flat repair for an e-bike and West Point took the bike in and fixed it immediately.

i believe it was Beth a technician who reviewed my old bike, measured the chain, replaced the bell and found out the saddle stem needed replacement. very thorough look at maintenance. picked bike up 1 day later fully satisfied.

West Point Cycles and the people who work there are great. Forever helpful and patient, not bike snobs but at the same time very knowledgeable and pros. Whether you're a rookie or a pro you will find the help you need. Couldn't recommend them more, my go-to shop.
