The staff are very personable and professional. They are also very good at making certain that customers are buying what they need rather than allowing customers to make purchases that are fuelled by the store's eye candied high end bikes. Ultimately I trust what they tell me.

These guys are the best. Not the cheapest option in town, but you get what you pay for. Great communication, won't do work that isn't actually needed, and will work with you to make your bike work the way it should.

I just wish their wait times weren't so long. I'll still get in line though!
