Trek employee Matt really came through for me to ensure I left the store a happy customer. The bike I ordered in March 2021 (6 months ago) turned out to be too large of a frame for me. After waiting for six months I was very disappointed that the bike was too big for me. Measurements taken in March 2021 were not thorough enough to determine the correct size frame. Long story short, Matt luckily found a smaller frame bike which was, thankfully, not spoken for. He spent a lot of time ensuring this smaller frame bike fit me and that I was comfortable riding it. He ensured I had all the accessories I needed and had them installed within a short period of time. Matt took the initiative to find a way to financially compensate me by way of a discount for the disappointment I initially experienced.
Matt made the whole experience a pleaure for me and I am very pleased with my new bike (Checkpoint SL6)
