Staff and mechanics are top notch. Elói McGyvered a shoe toe stud insert for me from some urelated part to replace a rusted one. Small thing, but makes the shoes whole again.
Bontrager winter boots fit great but were on the cool side and leaked.
But in the whole, great shop.
