Always friendly and helpful. Great product knowledge.
Love my Trek bike and love that your staff aren’t “bike snobs”. Helpful, courteous and knowledgeable—truly great customer service. Keep it up! I’ve already referred several folks to you!
Helpful staff, good products, easy staff to work with on a not straightforward purchase due to logistics.
I love Trek bikes first of all. Ur staff is great. I always feel welcome when I come in. Except when Bill is there . Lol
Knowledgeable staff great products
Great product, excellent team
Did an awesome job tuning up my '81 Landau at a super reasonable price. Now my bike rides so easy that I almost thought trek put electric assist on it!
Very friendly and helpful!
Customer service was excellent!! The staff was very knowledgable and fixed my issues while I waited.
the sales person was very patient and answered all of our questions
The staff are very personable and professional. They are also very good at making certain that customers are buying what they need rather than allowing customers to make purchases that are fuelled by the store's eye candied high end bikes. Ultimately I trust what they tell me.
Service
It was very nice to see a fellow female rider selling bikes, made the experience much more enjoyable as a woman!
