I’ve been a customer of Trek Bikes since 2006 and have since purchased 2 Trek Hybrids and 1 Trek road bike. Service has been outstanding, staff very accommodating and friendly and just a fun place to drop in when our cycling. Trek Bikes has also been a long time supporter of the Tour de Rock in providing bikes, equipment, servicing and training. Bill Fry and his staff are to be commended for their outstanding service to this community.

Had the bike I wanted. Service was great, test rode the bike, made a few adjustments to the seat to get it just right and I was off. Bike rides great, but will need some conti 5000's to be perfect.

Called on Friday, and amazingly they had the drivetrain parts I needed in stock. I was warned that they would be closing early in the afternoon (day before NYE). A little while later before heading over, I called back to ask if the shop would still be open in 30 minutes. The dude who was on the phone said absolutely. So I walked down. 20 minutes later, I arrive, and the shop is closed. That was pretty annoying. I was still able to buy the parts the next day, but to walk all the way down there just to discover the shop is closed when I was told it would be open...
