I cracked my frame and they found me a new one immediately. As soon as the frame arrived my bike was rebuilt in a day. Really the owners I’ve know for years to the staff I deal with daily I’ve never been disappointed.
Example way back I committed to a bike with Scott only to realize I could not afford it. Scott made it no problem and never made me feel like an idiot, and found an alternate arrangement.

I’ve been a customer of Trek Bikes since 2006 and have since purchased 2 Trek Hybrids and 1 Trek road bike. Service has been outstanding, staff very accommodating and friendly and just a fun place to drop in when our cycling. Trek Bikes has also been a long time supporter of the Tour de Rock in providing bikes, equipment, servicing and training. Bill Fry and his staff are to be commended for their outstanding service to this community.
