Cam was great on saturday for a big fix .. i had a breakdown with my shifter .. he fixed it and i went my way .

In some bike stores, I have encountered a strange snobbery about what constitutes a “real bike” or a “true cyclist,” but not here. I was looking for an e-bike and arrived with a million questions—all of which were answered carefully and respectfully (no eye-rolling!). I thank Tom for helping me that first day and Jess and Scott for helping me yesterday when I picked up my new Verve +2; I love it! I felt like a kid again as I rode it home. I feel confident about my purchase and also that there will be good post-purchase service and support. There was no pressure to purchase and they really listened to why I was asking for and about. A great experience!

As I ride all year around, the winter period can be very hard on components which can affect the smooth functioning of the shifting system. I was having very serious shifting issues on my Trek 5200. I called the Trek store and they were able to get me in the next day to work on my bike. As it is quite an old bike and parts are a problem, they were able to find a second hand shifter and solve one of my shifting problems. They spent a lot of time trying to revive my machine and they were very successful. It runs great now and hopefully will see me through to the summer when my new bike should arrive.
