I had my brakes done this week and the bike came back with the chain cleaned too! Nice surprise.
I cracked my frame and they found me a new one immediately. As soon as the frame arrived my bike was rebuilt in a day. I coach for a living so the speed and attention to detail was really appreciated. All the staff is excellent. Friendly, knowledgable, and generally all love their jobs for the most part :p
