There is no better bike shop in Victoria! And I have tried many. Super safe. A great database - continuity of care. Great explanations in plain English of what was done and why - to a healthy senior citizen who continues to enjoy biking thanks to Trek.
Good selection of quality brands like ASSOS, especially for women. Great, friendly service where I feel like Norm from the old Cheers t.v. series because the staff recognize me, know my name, and always say hi and provide personalized service.
