Yesterday, I had a bike fitting with Matt. I was very excited, yet a bit nervous about getting the fitting on my 1st road bike. Matt very clearly has all the qualities of a professional bike fitter. He listens, shares stories about riding/family which quickly put me at ease. Matt competently and efficiently proceeded through all the bike fitting steps explaining clearly each step. He responded to all requests, some not related to the fitting process such as mounting dual water bottle cages behind the seat and purchasing accessories such as riding gloves, spare tube, etc. Trek will be my go-to store from now on.

Awesome service awesome products
Friendly staff, good advice provided at the store about which bike to buy--I didn't feel as though I was being eased into a more expensive product--quite the opposite ----- a cheaper model fit me better and I was encouraged not to be misled by the appearance of the higher priced model. I will always come back to the store.

The staff were super friendly and kind! They were quick to address my needs for my visit, and the shop overall had a very friendly environment with nice white noise of people chatting. The tech who assessed my bike was very knowledgable and friendly, which I, an amateur cyclist, really appreciated because I could ask question I labeled as "dumb" with no judgment and get a response with actual useful information!
