I’ve owned several mountain bikes over the years and Trek has far surpassed my expectations when compared to other brands performance - and so, this alone makes me very much appreciate having a Trek Store local.
Moreover, the service department at this location are an absolute joy to work with. The attention to detail and care for my bike (as if it was the technicians own bike) was immediately noticed. The tech went above and beyond to service my bike, and to explain the work he did in detail.
I will only buy bikes from this store for as long as I live in South Island / Victoria. Can’t say enough good things about the service department.
