I’ve owned several mountain bikes over the years and Trek has far surpassed my expectations when compared to other brands performance - and so, this alone makes me very much appreciate having a Trek Store local.
Moreover, the service department at this location are an absolute joy to work with. The attention to detail and care for my bike (as if it was the technicians own bike) was immediately noticed. The tech went above and beyond to service my bike, and to explain the work he did in detail.
I will only buy bikes from this store for as long as I live in South Island / Victoria. Can’t say enough good things about the service department.

Trek bikes are a great product that perform well, and the 47 cm fits my small size perfectly. Most road bikes come in bigger sizes.
The service at Trek Victoria is by far the best I've ever had from a bike store. The staff are extremely knowledgeable about their products, very helpful and friendly. They are willing to spend time answering questions, and ensuring that a bike is appropriate for your needs.
I had my first road bike fit at Trek and have had no problems in the 10 years I've had it. I'll definitely have my new bike fit there!

I selected and ordered a new bike in Dec. Mitch was very helpful throughout the process. I picked up my bike March 4 and everyone there helped with the setup and my questions.
