I have recommended Trek to a number of friends and colleagues based on the great service and peronable contact. Explanations of repairs are given in a clear timely manner, and the work that is completed on my bicycles has been excellent.

Sue is a great asset to the business. I appreciated her patience, the way she answered all of my questions, her follow-up.
Response time was excellent. I left a message to make an appointment and received a return call within a short time.
Turn-around time : I had requested a quick turn around for my roadbike as I had also left my commuter for repair. It was done in two days.
Service: the mechanic who worked on my commuter breathed new life into a bike that’s dear to me and did an excellent job thinking outside the box to make things work at an acceptable cost. My road bike had some issues with shifting which is mostly fixed, but am still observing as occasionally it makes a noise and doesn’t go straight into gear. However, I know that if it persist and I bring it back that it will be taken care of.
All in all, super service!

Your store is so customer friendly. I always have special requests and never once has your staff made me feel as though those requests were a nuisance. When I need an item, even with supply chain issues during lockdown, your staff always comes through and does so quickly. It doesn't matter if my purchase is a 5$ water bottle or a $700 bike, each transaction is treated with importance. Your staff also treat children's needs/annoying requests with grace and without the eye rolls that those requests may truly deserve. Solid service and I make sure to share that information with anyone who will listen.
