The service is great & the staff are very knowledgeable. I like the calm atmosphere when you enter the store. it's not like some other shops where you are bombarded and pushing a sale onto you. I also like the fact they go by "basically if your not happy with the repair bring it back" . I too volunteer @ a community bike shop and think along the same lines . If your not happy will do our best to fix it proper. So they definitely meet the customers needs . They do not push you out of the store but take the time to answer your questions but also explain things to customers what was replaced and why. I have dealt with many bike shops over my years but very comfortable with bringing my business to Trek . Great Staff and Great Owners so all I can say is Great job to everyone there and they take the time to get to know their customers by name .

Great personal service. I have been accommodated on short notice many times and am treated like a friend more than a customer. Bontrager gear, lights, wheels and clothing have proven excellent. 2 of my riding buddies have bought domane's since my purchase 3 years ago.
Good products and an extremely personable staff. Having a brick and mortar store with good accessible service is a treat in this day of internet everything.

Would highly recommend anyone of any age group but especially CAF Vets to check out the Trek store in Kingston. Leanne, Ashton and their staff take their time and explain with a high level of confidence and expert knowledge about what kind of new or gently used bike, if available, would be suitable for ones riding style and level of comfort. High quality accessories available to help you with your cycling experience as well.

WRT CAF vet's, with Leanne's life experiences, she can tailor the shop and will accommodate with a high level of skill and understanding, to lessen the anxiety experience for her customers.

Every bike is sized and set-up, tailored for the rider and i was positively amazed and pleasantly so surprised with follow up care offered at intervals after purchase to ensure rider comfort and safety. Top notch and give the Trek store in Kingston the highest marks that i can.

Great bike - my second Trek. Always had excellent service with the previous bike (back at CyclePath, then) - including immediate puncture repairs! Excellent staff, knowledgeable.

Store situated within walking distance of my house, as well as being on the route of both local and express city bus (for when the bike is "in the shop".

Only possible problem: such a good bike could be the target of theft...like my first one was!
