Very personalized customer service sums it up best. Staff took time to ensure that i understood the options in making my choice. Responded in a timely fashion to email correspondance. Trek product speaks for itself but good to acknowledge this in any case.

Absolutely amazing staff and service. I hear it's the best place to work. I was a little concerned as I heard that the owner sometimes gives away customers bikes with a "Free" sign on them ... I'm sure they're just vicious rumours!

This was my first time in the shop I was very impressed with the store layout and cleanliness. Along with the friendly service and the speedy repair of my bike the staff took the time to explain what was wrong and what service was completed. My bike was repaired to my complete satisfaction. I would definitely return for any future repairs and highly recommend Trek Bicycle Kingston to anyone looking for a bike.
