Everybody is quite knowledgeable, but if they aren’t sure about something, they will get someone who knows. The entire staff is super friendly and are obviously enthusiastic about cycling.

The service is exceptional. I assume the products are great, I simply trust the staff.

I enjoyed the fact I could take my time in choosing the right bike, with the right features, at my price point. I took over 2 hours (over 2 days) to learn the information I needed about which bikes had which features, and decide which would suit my application. One of the store personnel brought in their personal bike so I could be sized correctly, which was a nice extra on her part. Got the right bike with the right accessories too, which was also nice.
Good, no pressure sale staff. All in all, pretty awesome.

My issue was dealt with and a clear explanation of the issue was discussed.
Was extremely happy with the service.
