You guys are great! Easy and speedy service. The only thing that I found a bit frustrating was trying to connect via the phone. Half the time the phone just rang through and I couldn't get a hold of someone. I know it's a small business though so understand that there might not be staff available to pick up. But still, that's the only thing that could improve I guess. Thanks!

Great service- some of your staff are the most helpful and accessible that I’ve encountered at bike shops in this city. I bought a bike there years ago and will continue to bring my business there.
When i brought my bike in the service guy actually showed me what needed to be fixed and talked about the pricing for the work and parts before I even said yes to doing it. They also get your bike fixed very fast, my bike was in the shop for all of an hour. I would highly recommend this hike shop.

Brodie was a great sales person. Very informative and helpful. Helped me compare and test different bikes. Also, gave me some helpful maintenance tips. The staff quickly assembled my bike and added accessories. Very happy with my new bike.

Our Sales assistant was super friendly and knowledgeable and was so keen to impart his wisdom. He even emailed the specs about the bikes in which were were interested to us for further reading .

You take good care of your customers after the bike purchase. I had purchased 3 bikes in the last 18 months, 2 of them had brake leaks and pulsations (due to cheap components - Radius). You worked with TREK to get these replaced with proper Shimano T200, the components the bike should have had. You worked quickly and got us back on our bikes within a few days during the busy season.
I also appreciate coming in the store to get help and advise from your staff (Tom Ford, Phil, and others). I have bought helmets, bike pumps, lights, many other accessories. I feel you are well stocked with good products for different budgets.
I also appreciate the $20 coupons you sent out from time to time, it always makes me go back to the store to pick up a few more things I need.
