The store was very busy and I had to serve myself but the young lady who has helped me before was there yesterday. She was honest and said they were busy. She told me exactly where the shoes I was interested in were and also where the extra stock was. She’s always so helpful. I bought the shoes and she saw me with them. She then explained their guarantee on these shoes. She really is a great team member. I then went to the back and they install the cleats for me. Everyone is always so friendly and helpful. I’m glad to see you’re busy.

You always carry the best products from bikes to purple extreme lubricant!! But it is your service that you excel at all the number of times that I’ve come by. You helped me out with my Duotrap device in no time at all. I only bring my trek madone with its shimano ultegra gruppo to you for its annual service and I come away with what feels like a new bike!! Is there any wonder why I still come from Brentwood after leaving vancouver to see you…….none at all. Thank you for staying the course and continuing to be awesome at what you do!!
