We are "elderly" and have used a bicycle for years & years, just wanted to continue, so decided to get electric bicycles... checked with a few friends and a couple stores, then our Son took us in the West Point Cycles in Langley, where we found very friendly and professional advice, testing, measurements, we are quite impressed and feel confident, we made a right choice, getting the Trek bikes for both of us !

I was greeted immediately u-on entering the store. I have complete confidence in the maintenance guys - they fix what needs fixing, and the fact that I had made an a—ointment meant that I had my wheels back in less than two days.

The attitude of your staff comes across "we will find a way to make this happen" NOT "sorry we can't help you with that", sort of like "the buck stops here", lovely to be on the reseptive end of that kind of service. I purchased a Brompton bike from the Langley location and got amazing service! Dave spent time and care to make sure I got the exact model and colour I wanted and went through extra trouble to get me a matching rack as well.
