I was in Last Sunday and asked for help getting a set of brake shoes and the employee went above the standard service in finding the right brake pads for my bike as the part numbers had changed making it a challenge.

She also patiently and professionally answered all my questions in my 3-hour visit to the shop. Her great help made my first visit to a bike shop much less intimidating.
