After lots of encouragement from my cyclist friends, I bought my first bike from West Point Cycles Langley in the spring of 2023. The buying process was great. I never felt pressured. On the contrary it felt like friends helping me out and they were excited for me to get my first bike. The staff taught me about the bikes, walked me through the options and the gear required, showed me how to operate the bike, and sent me for test rides around the parking lot. After a few visits, I purchased a Checkpoint ALR 5. Since then I've fallen in love with riding and have ridden several thousand km including everything from long road rides and mountain climbs to multi-day gravel bike packing trips.
The service and support I've received throughout the past year from West Point Langley has been nothing short of world class. The team there takes such great care of me. Questions, concerns, adjustments, tune-ups, suggestions, training, gear -- everything I've needed they've been there to help and are always enthusiastic and smiling. I now refer to them as my 'bike shop besties' and will recommend them any chance I get. Keep up the great work!
