The assessment t of our two bikes was thorough and it was evident that the technician was very Knowles able. They were very engaging, explained everything and even told us the cost of each service and any parts costs. Overall an excellent experience, the bikes are much improved from the service, expectations achieved and surpassed. This is why your bike shop has been our go to for our bikes and when our 20 and 24 year old children were kids. We’re glad you’re in our neighborhood.

You want a bike shop to be a welcoming place, a place where people are creative in their thinking, thrifty in their ideas, and generous in their service. Over there years, I have asked much of my beloved bike shop. I now know the names of the gentle people who have oft given me their time, their patience, and their skills. I need my bike to push through this city, to be my commuter vehicle, and to be continually in great shape. And that's what I have.
Staff are very knowledgeable and friendly, have great tips for how to get longer life out of parts /gear, they really seem to go above and beyond basic service.
I don't always shop the brands that West Point carries but when I do, it's the service that makes it a 10. The staff in-store and online (including Instagram) are friendly, knowledgable and in some cases, have gone out of their way to help with a problem.

Great service with super friendly staff. They looked after my 35 year old “ retro red norco “ like it was worth big bucks. It’s all tip top now so I can enjoy some light trails this spring and summer.
