What wasn't great was that I booked an appointment, they forgot about it, then found it and then told me bike would be ready by 5:45pm, and bike was ready a few hours later.
Would have appreciated specifics as I live in Maple ridge not Langley.

West Point Cycles on Main Street always gives stellar customer service. I trust their advice for service repairs as they take the time to listen. I have purchased 4 bikes from them as well and highly recommend them to friends and colleagues.
FAST and friendly. And honest (i.e. I came in to get a bike serviced, they looked at it and determined a servicing wasn't needed. Just a clean up and a new tube). In and out in 45 minutes. Which gave me the time and money to buy a new helmet.
The service writer who checked my bike for a minor shifting problem was friendly & knowledgeable. My bike was booked in (Fri.) and promised for later Tues, it was done & ready to be picked up Sat at noon.
Rayne acknowledged us immediately as we entered the store and was not merely accommodating but also generous with her time. We recommend her unreservidly. Her kindness is Exceptional!!
