Store was very light on clothing, accessories, etc. inventory. Perhaps due to being late March in SW Florida, but inventory replenishment ball got dropped.
I also have used my local Trek store to provide info via displays or bulletin boards on local bike clubs, recommended routes with maps Not sure I saw anything there at all. In other stores, techs and sales people often lead these rides, which can recruit future customers.
I came in a few minutes after they open, after my cat tore into my tire and tube, jack was able to not only fix my bike, but also help me buy a new helmet and Lock, and a new comfortable seat for the bike.
It was so quickly done, I was in and out with in 10ish minutes.

They were friendly , happy , knowledgeable . Jimbo was my go to , he was wonderful ! I felt like I was talking to honest family. I made my purchase with Jumbo and am very very happy . He’s a keeper! Visited the store for repair of a broken rear wheel spoke. As a frequent cyclist, I hoped to minimize downtime and get back to my training. I was impressed with the rapid response and fair cost of the repair service. Thanks to the staff for getting me back on the road without undue delay!

Monica greeted us as soon as we went in. She asked what we were looking for and listened. She then pulled a bike and told us not to worry about the color. First she made sure it was light enough for me to be able to pick it up and put it on a rack. Then she pulled up all the colors it comes in, and I was lucky they had the color I picked in stock. She carefully went through adjusting the seat, handlebars and brakes to my comfort. I was then allowed to take it for a test drive. Following that, she again adjusted the handlebars and brakes slightly, but what a difference! Following my test drive she asked if I needed anything else. I asked about mirrors and while she was putting that together and adding it to the bike, I walked around and found a water bottle holder as well as a small bag to hold my phone, keys, etc. Again, she added both these and made sure I was comfortable, again asking if I needed anything else. She then went over the routine care of the bike and plans avail able. I was a very happy customer when I left, all thanks to Monica.
Well made bike - fair price - parts and service readily available.
Great team at Trek’s in South Naples. We had a flat during a ride. They fixed it and had us on our way in 15 min. Awesome experience. We bought our bikes here and will continue to support and areas the good word about this team.
