My experience with the store at 8291 Dani Dr Ft Myers was great, Steve was very helpful. I did have problem with gift cards given to me by my sons in Columbus Ohio. I have two gift cards that were purchased at a Trek store in Gahanna Ohio. Steve said your Trek gift cards can only be used in the in store where they were purchased. That is a very poor corporate policy.
I will telling my friends not purchase Trek gift gift cards.

The staff are knowledgeable and i was well treated. The only problem i had was that part i ordered came from Bosch. The piece broke and we ordered a new one. They sent it with no screws and neither i or the store could find one that fits
