Very patient with questions. The guy that does the tune ups loves what he does. Alex is great. When i bought my bike i bought the tune io package. I was told it didn't expire. In July when i brought my bike in i was told it was a limited policy. Alex said the he would honor the no expiration policy. I am grateful.

We ordered our bike online for an instore pick up. I called and spoke to Ian a few days after we placed the order. Ian called me a few days later and informed me that the bike had arrived, was assembled and ready for pick up. I was very pleased of the speed in which my bike arrived.

I boycotted the store for over a year dissatisfied with my experiences with the service manager and staff. These guys were helpful friendly responsive and timely. They tuned up my Trek Verve and I can feel the difference.
I’ll happily recommend the Punta Gorda store to anybody.
