Professional, friendly, efficient, customer oriented, great service. I’m speaking of the Port Charlotte location. I received very poor service at the Punta Gorda location. If you need any work done on your bike please take it to the Port Charlotte location ONLY. Night and day difference. I left a rare for me negative Google review for the Punta Gorda branch after receiving great customer service when they were Acme Bicycle under the previous owners and then treated very badly by the new people when bought out by Trek. My last visit to Trek Bicycle Store in Boynton Beach to repair my Bike was not a pleasant experience and I had vowed not to do business with that store again when I wrote a review. To my surprise I got a call from the Manager of the Store who was very kind and very understanding. He apologized for the experience I had and I thought that was very good customer service, reaching out to make things right. That to me speaks volume and I appreciate that. He even gave me a Store Credit. We had a good conversation and in the future if my bike needs repair I will be going back. Thank you.

Service was great. I have free flat repair that I paid for. However after I dropped off the bike I was told that the size valve I needed was not in stock. I had to bring my own tube or wait unitl a new one would arrive. I was told that you would replace the one I gave to fix the flat

The bike is very high quality. The gears shift smoothly and the brakes are appropriately sensitive. A joy to ride and aesthetically pleasing.
I had the pleasure of working with John, and he was very knowledgeable. He took the time to help me understand my bike, showed me how to clip my bike shoes into the pedals, and even went out of his way to attach something I had bought separately. I would highly recommend checking out the shop and asking for John!
