The staff at this store is very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Even when I had a question outside the regular scope, they were able to handle it with excellence.
Open on Sunday. Repaired my flat tire.
I needed new handle bar grips. I called at closing time to see if they had replacement grip available for my bike. The young man told me they did! I mentioned I would be by the next day. He heard me asking about the grips while speaking to the rep that greeted me at the store. He came out with the grips. So impressed!!!
Everyone was so friendly and helpful. They made me feel better about being a novice with so much to learn and guided me to find the bike that is right for me.
