The team responded quickly for my Farley tune-up. It is nice that they offer a pick up service as well. This was a part of a 3 year maintenance plan. I got my bike back in about 48 hours. Easy, accommodating and professional to work with. Shout out to Richie and Jacob!

Pablo, the technician that worked on my bike, was very patient and understanding of what needed to be done. It was challenging to put new brake cables on my bike considering the cables are integrated through the top tube of the bike and he did it!!
