One of your team members kindly took my bike to the back, where a technician made sure both tires were properly inflated.

TREK stands by their products ! They were super responsive to troubleshooting a problem with my 10+ year old bike. We also have their “Flat Protection Insurance” which we’ve used a few times. Very helpful staff.
