I brought my bike in with locked brakes and flat tire. The asked if I could wait and in 30 had fixed my bike, replaced the brake line and tube.

The customer service is outstanding. First name removed and Steve are so knowledgeable and they patiently answered every question I had as a new rider; I never felt judged or pressured. They took extra time to show me how to correctly perform bike checks and maintenance and how to change a flat, as well as sharing some helpful riding tips after doing the bike fit. I feel so much more confident out on the bike because of how they treated me. 10/10.

Salesman has excellent knowledge of the appropriate size bike for a youngster. He made sure the bike was in excellent condition (new) & adjusted the bike seat to the right height. He took his time with us.

I just renewed for another 3 year service plan for my Trek bike. I purchased my bike here and will continue to recommend this store for bikes, accessories and bike service.

The team is always friendly and does a great job of taking the time to hold a conversation with you. That helps build rapport and establishes trust. So, when you bring your bike in for service and they recommend a new chain and cassette, you listen and know they have your best interest in mind. And, when you tell them about a persistent creaking noise, they find a way to resolve the issue so the bike rolls whisper quiet as intended. Turnaround time on service always feels appropriate and the team does a good job of communicating exactly when the bike is ready to be picked up.
