The service is always fantastic. If you have a problem that needs to be fixed the bike techs will work you in right away. If parts are required they will check with local stores and have your bike up and running ASAP.
Service and staff were excellent! I dropped my bike off for Level 3 service to have everything adjusted, cleaned, repair a bent rim and new tire tube. It was done five hours later and is like a new bike.

Have had squeaky, chattery brakes on a COVID FX 4 since I purchased it in 2022. Multiple repair attempts at a different Trek store did not result in a permanent fix. John Ortiz took time out of his busy schedule and repaired or replaced appropriate parts as needed. Granted, my test ride of 5 miles was only a start but it was a quiet one. The pressure is on John!

We recently left feedback regarding a brake lever that was installed on our daughter’s bike. Shortly after, the shop called us directly, apologized, ordered the correct short-reach lever, and asked us to come back in so they could replace it at no charge. They squeezed her in right away and made it right.
We truly appreciate the quick response, accountability, and willingness to fix the issue. That level of customer service goes a long way, and it’s why we’ll continue supporting them.

The staff is very friendly and helpful
We stopped in to buy a few parts for my New to me /Used Trek FX3. We picked a new kick stand new mirror and new water bottle holder. The guy who helped us offered to put the parts in for no charge which was great because we were from out of the area and that really helped us a lot. That’s why we live Trek bicycles. No matter where you are in the country Trek is there to help Trek bike owners.Now if only I could remember his name. He had devilishly good looks ( He said he gets that compliment a lot) and had traveled a lot to South America. The guy with the tats sleeves etc he’s the best. Highly recommend this store and so far every Trek store we’ve visited. You’re doing something right at Trek keep it up.
