The team at Trek in Fort Myers was incredible. I originally ordered a bike that was sold out almost everywhere, and although it showed as in stock, they called me a few days later to let me know it was no longer available. Instead of leaving it at that, they went out of their way to offer me a different color—and I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. The whole experience really showed their dedication to customer service, and I’m extremely grateful.

From the moment I walked in I was welcomed and helped out with one of the bikes a few minutes later checked out. I had brought both my kids Trek bikes and the next day they were ready. The friendly service is what attracted me to come back. No matter how many times I've come into the shop, they're always welcoming. Answering any questions without hesitation. I came into the shop yesterday with a flat tire. They explained what was wrong, why it happened and had me pedaling away within 20 minutes.
