I bought a new bicycle seat from your store for my 1976 Schwinn. The design and measurements for new parts versus the original parts caused issues with the installation of the new seat. When I brought the new seat and my old bike into your shop to show you the problem, both of you took the time and effort to figure out a work around. I really appreciated the time and effort. It is difficult in these modern times, especially after COVID, to find great customer service. You have great customer service!
