I called ahead of time to see if they would be able to assist me with fixing my left pedal. As soon as I pulled up, the door swung open and I was greeted with a huge smile. The guys that work here are super friendly and cool. I knew I need a helmet for my new bike and I was able to try on the sample helmet for size. I walked out with my bike fixed and a new helmet. I saw a coupe of items that I’ll need for my future ride, so I’ll be back. Thanks again!!

Wanted an Electra Cruiser 1 - they didn’t have in store, but ordered it up and delivered to my house five days later.
The sales clerk was very helpful and very nice. She is a real plus.
Professional and timely work
Both of the guys who helped me pick a bike (I was in on different days) were great. Knowledgeable, good listeners as to what I was looking for, etc. And, the guy who helped me when I picked up the bike was great as well, double checking that the accessories were all installed, ensuring I understood everything, and helping me get it in my SUV.
