I had a problem with my Shimano Ultegra pedals. John at the Dani street store in Fort Myers contacted Shimano as the pedals where under warranty. He made the process as smooth as it could be and my new pedals were delivered timely. The service at SW Florida Trek stores is top tier! I highly recommend them for what ever you need in cycling.

I recently purchased a new trek verve. It is a good bicycle for me at this point in my life had an issue or two with it and Anthony very nice young man. Who primarily does Service work is just great at customer service showing knowledge and willingness to be helpful.
Is a small bicycle shop from my perspective, but they’ve got a very nice inventory and again the service that I’ve received from Anthony ensures that I will be going no place else for anything bicycle related

I had a good experience getting my Trek Pure tuned up and repaired. Even with the Christmas and New Year holidays they got me in and out in just a few days. Bike is riding like new.
