Repair was done very quickly on a Sunday. Enabled me to get back to riding.
I got a flat tire on my bicycle on Memorial Day and when I called Trek, the person over the phone reassured me they could take care of it. He took out my bike from the trunk, repaired the inner tube, confirmed the origin of the leak, and put my bike back in the car all within 8 minutes on a federal holiday!

Went in there Sunday 5/25/25 and they were open! After a ride in the am I wanted new tires and other things. I wasn't expecting they could handle my needs while I waited. Besides tires, I had some other issues that needed attn. Very knowledgeable and pleasant group. My bike feels new again!
I like your staff and Logan is a great mechanic. The only thing I don’t like is that you have no inventory. I had to go over to Naples Cyclery to get basic brake pads for my bike for Logan to put on for me. Basic parts are not in inventory. Little cycling wear and shoes also.

Extremely friendly and service oriented. Very helpful in selecting several bikes for the family - road bike through casual cruisers - and were dedicated to ensuring the bikes were set up appropriately making several adjustments as needed to brakes and derailers. Highly recommend!
