Went in to get my bike tuned up and they were great. Showed me what needed done, communicated well when something came up while they were working on the bike and got it done very quickly. Definitely recommend!

The team at Trek in Fort Myers was incredible. I originally ordered a bike that was sold out almost everywhere, and although it showed as in stock, they called me a few days later to let me know it was no longer available. Instead of leaving it at that, they went out of their way to offer me a different color—and I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. The whole experience really showed their dedication to customer service, and I’m extremely grateful.

From the moment I walked in I was welcomed and helped out with one of the bikes a few minutes later checked out. I had brought both my kids Trek bikes and the next day they were ready.
