I haven't ridden a bike in several years and was initially overwhelmed at all of the options available. My main goal was to be able to ride comfortably with my kids. I'm so glad I actually went to the store to test out options. Pablo and Mitch were so friendly and helpful in helping me choose the right bike and the right frame height. Mitch came out in the parking lot and watched me ride to help determine my size and adjust the handlebars to be able to find the right posture.
On the day that I picked up my bike, Bismark was really helpful as well in adjusting the handlebars, putting on a kickstand, and answering my questions. Pablo helped load my bike into the car as well.
I was very impressed with the total experience and highly recommend this store and the staff!

We had no idea what we were looking for in a bike and were considering electric bikes. We were honestly a bit sticker-shocked at the prices and unsure about the difference in quality compared to what we saw online at places like Walmart and Amazon.
Tony at Trek was amazing. He took the time to explain the differences between the bikes and helped us decide what would truly fit our needs. The quality and warranty that Trek offers are hands down better than anything else we looked at or read about.

Your product and service is excellent
I brought my Trek bicycle in to be refurbished, as it needed inner tubes new cables, and a good scrubbing, The Trek technicians did all those things and more. At first, I was told I might have needed a break item but when further inspection did not. I was serviced by Anthony who did a splendid job. I felt like I walked out of the store with a new bike.

After a mixup in failing to call me for several days for notification to pickup, I received a follow up call from the store manager, Mike. He was very professional, explained what happened and apologized for the issue.
Based on that level of customer service and consideration, I have changed my review score to a 9. This is the highest score I will ever give a company as a 10 indicates perfection and that is impossible in my estimation.
I would use Trek again and highly recommend them.
John your head repair man is the best
I needed two new tires for my bicycle and they installed a basket and did everything within two hours after I made the phone call. Needless to say I’m very satisfied!
