Scott and Zach were the best! I had not purchased a bicycles in YEARS and the service they provided will make me a customer of theirs again in the future. What I appreciated from Scott and his team was that at no point did I feel rushed and even when the store was getting busy and they were the only ones working they made sure to give me all the time that I needed AND they checked in on the other customers letting them know they would be right with them. I also appreciated that they spoke to me like a person, answered all my questions, and told me what I needed and did not need (even though they could have made more money). I will be coming here again!

I knew I wanted to purchase the FX1 going into the store. Dominic was awesome to work with. He helped me size the bike, showed me a few other options when I asked (didn't push anything, responded to my needs, answered my questions about different models). The bike was ready a week early and Dominic helped me get the seat position right before leaving the store, get a water bottle holder on it, etc. I didn't feel like I was a burden or being rushed. Everyone was so cool and nice and happy to help. I don't want to have to service or repair my bike :) but also I can't wait to go back when I need something.
