I knew I wanted to purchase the FX1 going into the store. Dominic was awesome to work with. He helped me size the bike, showed me a few other options when I asked (didn't push anything, responded to my needs, answered my questions about different models). The bike was ready a week early and Dominic helped me get the seat position right before leaving the store, get a water bottle holder on it, etc. I didn't feel like I was a burden or being rushed. Everyone was so cool and nice and happy to help. I don't want to have to service or repair my bike :) but also I can't wait to go back when I need something.

The FX3 Gen 4 I ordered from y’all was carefully, and perfectly packaged for shipping! After finishing the remaining assembly, it looks and feels like it just came off the showroom floor. Y’all did a great job setting it up, and I received it with not a scratch, ding or dent on it. Thanks guys!
