Rod recommended a level 1 tune up.
Next morning I received a call and the Bike was ready and operates like brand new.

This is the most amazing bike store I have ever gone to. And yes by far THE BEST. I brought my Trek bike at 10am. Their staff immediately diagnosed what the bike needed which was a lot since it hadn’t been tuned up in a while. They gave me an estimate and told me to come back the next day. They proceeded to do everything within hours, unbelievable. I feel like I am driving a new bike. Brilliant customer service, super knowledgeable and really nice people.
