The staff at the Estero FL store are very knowledgeable and helpful before and after a sale. You don’t get the feeling that they try to upsell you. They are patient with beginner riders as they are attentive to the more experienced riders who require more technical assistance. Having patience and a friendly attitude will make for lifelong/repeat customers.
